Discounts stay clear and controlled
Verbivore staff assigns customer discounts of 0%, 10%, 20%, or 30%. A special, time-bounded 50% offer needs Program Admin approval and a margin check.
- Discounts apply to the first invoice only.
- Affiliates may request a preset; Verbivore staff decides, activates, pauses, and schedules it.
- A 0% code still attributes eligible customers and commission.
Built for trust
Useful reach, without loose ends
Codes are reviewed
An approved Affiliate receives one locked default code and up to five active custom codes. Every custom code request is checked for uniqueness, impersonation, reserved words, and profanity before explicit staff approval.
Customers stay private
Reporting uses an Affiliate-scoped pseudonymous customer reference—never a customer name, email, internal ID, or Stripe identifier.
Promotion is transparent
Place a clear Affiliate Disclosure near every endorsement or Referral Link. A code by itself is not enough disclosure.
Eligibility
Who can apply
- Be at least 18 and able to enter the Terms, or be authorized to act for a legal entity.
- Operate from a country Verbivore supports at launch.
- Describe the channels where you intend to promote Verbivore.
Terms summary
Approval and policy changes stay explicit
- Submitting an application records acceptance of the current, immutable Terms version; staff Affiliate Approval is a separate decision.
- Material Terms changes receive at least 14 days’ notice and may require acceptance of a new version.
- Pausing participation stops new attribution without removing commission already earned or valid payout rights.
